Primary care staff across each borough will be able to access your full medical record without consent during COVID-19 pandemic but will only do so when this is necessary to provide you with care. They will be required to use a smartcard which confirms their identity, and which limits their access and actions to those appropriate for their role. They will all have been trained to understand their professional and legal responsibilities in providing you with care.

NHS England has issued guidance to GP practices about the use of online appointments in relation to the current coronavirus outbreak.
In order to protect patients, all unnecessary visits to the surgery are to be avoided. You can no longer book a face to face routine appointment without speaking to a clinician. Telephone consultations will be available via our reception. Telephone triage will be available for urgent medical problems that cannot wait until the next telephone consultation. If you are displaying flu like symptoms, please access NHS 111 services online https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 or via telephone, as this WILL NOT be managed by the medical centre. We appreciate your patience at this challenging time.
