At Saluja Clinic, we are committed to continuously improving how our patients access their GP services. As part of our 2025/26 Access Improvement Plan, we have set out clear, measurable targets designed to make it quicker, simpler, and more convenient for you to reach us — whether by phone, online, or in person.
Our Commitments to You
We know that accessing your GP practice should be straightforward. This plan reflects our honest assessment of where we are today and the specific steps we are taking to improve.
Our goal is for 90% of all incoming calls to be answered within 10 minutes.
We are committed to responding to 90% of online consultations by end of next working day.
Targeting 75% of patients registered on the NHS App for greater digital access.
"We understand that getting through to your GP practice quickly matters. These targets are not aspirational — they are commitments we are actively working to deliver for every one of our patients."
— Dr Rajinder Singh Saluja & Dr Angad Singh Saluja, GP PartnersHow We're Improving Access
We have introduced a number of practical changes to help meet these targets and to make your experience with the practice as smooth as possible.
Improved Telephone Access
We have reviewed our telephone system and staffing to reduce waiting times. Phone lines open Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30.
Online Consultations via WebGP
Our online consultation service is available 24 hours a day at salujaclinic.webgp.com. Submit your query at any time and we'll respond by the next working day.
NHS App Registration Drive
We are actively encouraging all patients to register for the NHS App to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and view records online.
Streamlined Repeat Prescriptions
Repeat prescription requests can be submitted online, reducing the need to call the practice for routine medication.
Regular Progress Reviews
We will review performance against these targets regularly and share updates through this website and our Patient Participation Group.
Access Our Services Online
Book a consultation, request a prescription, or download the NHS App — all available right now.
Your Feedback Matters
We value the views of all our patients and encourage you to share your experiences. If you have feedback on how we are delivering against this plan — positive or constructive — please contact the practice or complete our Friends and Family Test.
Our Patient Participation Group meets regularly and welcomes patient involvement in shaping how services are delivered. If you'd like to get involved, please speak to our reception team.
