Setting up the NHS App takes just a few minutes. You will need your mobile number and a form of photo ID to verify your identity.
Search for "NHS App" on the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and download it for free. It also works in your web browser.

The app will automatically connect to your Saluja Clinic record. You must be aged 13 or over and registered with an NHS GP in England.
